Melissa and Rein are meant to be together.

I absolutely love to hear stories about how my clients met, and how they got engaged.  I love a good love story… but this story actually amazed me!

One weekend, Melissa and her girlfriends decided to do a little shopping trip to Buffalo. Then they figured, why not make a weekend out of it and spend the night in Niagara Falls?  Clever girls.  That night they went out to a local bar for some dancing.  The night was seemingly dry, and the girls were not feeling it. Then this guy walked in.  Melissa turns to her friend and says, “He is cute!” Later that night they started chatting (thanks to said friend who Melissa told that this man was cute). They had an incredible night of dancing and at the end of the night Rein asked for her phone number, and told her that they should go out when they get back to Toronto.  Sunday night, the girls came back to Toronto, and Melissa had a voicemail on her answering machine.  That voicemail was there for a couple days, but she was just ignoring it until the weekend wrapped up.  A few days prior to this, her friend asked if she could put Melissa down as a reference for work.  That message was Rein calling this other girls reference (Melissa).  Melissa listened the the message over and over to make sure that the name was Rein and not Ray.  No, it was for sure Rein.  So then she texted him back asking if he worked for the company on her voicemail, and he said, “YES, how did you know that?”  Melissa told him that he called her for a reference.  It was kind of like the universe brought them together.  Not trying to be a cheese ball here…. but really!

What are the chances that these two could have met that weekend in Niagara Falls, when they both don’t even live there?  This story goes on and on with little nuances that really left their heads spinning. These two prove that what is meant to be will be!  I love it.  I can’t wait to be a part of the next step in your love story in Punta Cana in January!
