Good morning! I hope everyone had a fabulous long weekend.  Mother Nature was so kind to give us sunshine all weekend!

A couple weeks ago, I was so excited to meet up with Katie & Chris for their engagement session.  We just hit it off right off the bat at our initial consult, and I just couldn’t wait to meet up with them again!

Katie & Chris met a few years ago as paramedics.  Katie was the new girl, and Chris had already established himself. One day, Chris was asking one of his colleagues about the new girl (Katie), and his colleague said, “Oh Katie?  She is engaged, you don’t stand a chance.” Chris’s response?  “We will see about that.”  Sure enough, when something is meant to be, it will be, and now Katie and Chris are engaged!  They are the MOST awesome couple ever.  They were so incredibly fun to spend the evening with, and we laughed… a lot.  These two just adore each other, and I think the following photos definitely show that.

We started the session off where it all began! (Chris, thanks for letting me ride shotgun in the ambulance.)  I was a little bit giddy, I was so excited. Can I just say, that you two have SUCH an incredible job?  Your passion for what you do oozes out of you, and I found our chats incredibly inspiring.  You two are truly wonderful, and I can’t wait until your wedding 🙂
I dreamed of Cherry Blossoms, and we found some!  I can’t get enough of this romantic pink glow behind these two!It has been a while since we have had this beautiful golden light with the drawn out winter we had this year, but this was a very sweet reminder 🙂Chris might be a master at the Rubix Cube…. just one of the many tricks he used to win her over 😉
