The countdown until wedding season is ON.  The crazy, fun, non-stop season is almost here, and I am currently gearing up for it in every possible way.  It was a HUGE goal this year to get organized, and stay inspired.  I always have SO many ideas all locked up in my mind, but I always feel like I don’t have the time to make them happen.  Well… needless to say, it was time to stop thinking about these things, and start making them happen!  When you want something bad enough, you have to MAKE it happen.  Wishing for more time, longer days or a body double will only get you so far (like farther into a hole).  It was also make you feel run down.  I know… because this happened to me.  I am SO grateful to have found two amazing careers that I am so passionate about, as well as an abundance of hobbies.  I have been spending this wedding “off season”  to do all of the things I have wanted to do, and it feels SO good.  Its like spring cleaning… it just feels GOOD… like a fresh start.  This year, I am also enlisting help.   I am excited to have more people working to make TLP thrive, and I will continue to give all my clients everything I have got and then some!

Today, I am making an inspiration board on my wall.  It is to inspire creativity, motivation, positive feelings & emotions, and “The Look” I am aiming for with my clients this year.  I have been saving quotes, patterns, palettes, images I absolutely adore from fellow photographers… and they will be allllllll over my wall above my workspace.  I want to continue to push myself to grow, be inspired and learn something new every single day.  I am so excited to share it soon!
