Well that was quite the weekend of weather we had here in Toronto!  While the ice storm ruined countless plans for countless people, I tried to be productive.  Reflecting on sunnier days was helpful… and planning our honeymoon! 🙂

These two loves had my heart instantly.  We had such a great connection when we first met, and I was absolutely smitten with them.  I just loved their stories and didn’t want them to stop talking. We met after they had made a very adult decision and moved out of the city!  After moving out of Toronto, Amanda and Paul decided to have their engagement session where their relationship began.  We started off at their first date spot, a hot spot on Ossington – Boehmer.

After a few beverages, we strolled some favourite neighbourhoods with their adorable pup, ultimately finishing the session by the water with an epic view of the city.  The whole night was just the best… it felt like I was hanging out with old friends the entire time.  But that is just the kind of people Amanda and Paul are… they open their hearts to you and make you feel like family instantly when they meet you.  They shared deeply personal and meaningful stories that make me cry, but also that helped me to understand their deep connection.  These stories have shaped them into these incredible humans that make my heart explode every time we chat.  Their wedding is coming up at the end of April, and it is very safe to say that I am counting the days to squeeze them again!

Here is hoping for sunshine, and that winter is officially behind us!
