I am completely unreasonably emotional while writing this post. Maybe it is for these two reasons:
1) This is my last wedding of 2012! Holllly.
2) This is a good friend from university, who I ran my first marathon with, who I share so many fun amazing memories with, who has just started the next big journey in her life.
Karen and Jare have been dating as long as I have known Karen. I didn’t actually meet Jare until years after I knew Karen. When I first started photography, I was begging anyone to get in front of my camera. I didn’t have to beg Karen… she was eager to get some nice photos of her and her man. So of course, we decided to shoot on the coldest day of the entire year last year (For serious). I am pretty sure Jare hated me by the end, and I had frostbite for a month. To this day, outdoor winter shoots make me think of that cold cold day where I almost lost all my fingers. BUT we got some awesome photos that day 🙂
I am so excited for these two to continue their lives together. Karen has always wanted to be a wife… and is a major family girl. I am so excited to see what is in store down the road for my friends! Love you guys, and wishing you the best of everything in the years to come!
