Jen and Brandon… oh how I just love you two!  From the moment we first met, until the moment how you told me YOU two first met, I was convinced that I had to work with you guys:)  They actually might have my favourite story of how they met as well.  Brandon and his buddies were drinking margaritas on a popular downtown patio and wanted to have some fun.  They started asking random passerby’s of wanted to come and join them for a drink!  Well, most people just laughed and kept walking, or said nothing at all, they persisted. Then this beautiful girl Jen came along (post Yoga class).  When asked if she would join, she said, “Yea sure! Let me just shower first!” None of them thought she would be back.  Five minutes later, Jen reappeared to guzzle a cocktail with the boys, only to then jet off to a volleyball game.  First off… how awesome of her!!  And NOW they are getting MARRIED!!! GAH, this story just gets me! I love it 🙂

Brent and I drove 4 hours to go to a location with some meaning to Jen and Brandon, and I would say it was beyond worth it.  The whole day just felt like a double date!  Right down to dinner and wine with their families. This was a Sunday spent with amazing company capturing some seriously fun images of a couple who is just crazy about each other.  I can’t ask for more 🙂

Heading back to the cottage for the rest of the shoot! HUGE thank you to their wonderful family who made a delicious dinner for us to join in on!  It was SO lovely!!
These two definitely don’t take anything too seriously… it is so fun.

Then the real sing-a-long began!And if the guitar playing and sing along wasn’t enough fun for the night… we all hopped into canoes to catch the crazy pink reflection of the sunset on the water. Thanks to Brent for doing all the paddling, while I tried not to fall in 🙂

And why not end the session jumping off the roof?  That is what badass couples do.This day will always make me smile… SO much fun!!!
