I have not blogged in such a long time, but as I have been off adventuring, all the bus time has allowed for me to get some pretty weddings up to share— finally!!

Amber and I go way back… we used to work together as camp counsellors at the City of Barrie Day Camps. I remember having lunch breaks together, and she would tell me about this guy Greg who she met.  Little did either of us know at that time, that he would be the guy she married. It is funny how things work out.  At that time, being a wedding photographer was not even something I had ever imagined in my wildest dreams…

I was beyond excited to get to celebrate with these two and photograph their beautiful day. It was so full of love and lots of emotion. Greg looks at Amber with pure adoration, and if you know Amber, it is easy to see why. She is such a kind, beautiful soul in every way, and while I didn’t know Greg prior to their engagement, he is just as kind, sweet and affectionate as I would have hoped he would be. These two are so lucky to have found eachother.

They also had this INSANELY EPIC band called Phly Boyz who flew in from Europe to play for their wedding.  Okay, but this was no ordinary wedding band. They got us excited during cocktails, when they gave us a little taste of what they do. Then during dinner time, they went table to table singing a variation of covers to suit different age groups. They stood on chairs and they got everyone SO pumped.  I absolutely loved the energy they brought to this wedding, and it was fun to get to experience it with the group.

Amber and Greg, it was such a privilege to get to be a part of your wedding day.  I couldn’t be happier for you two!

I love the moment right after the ceremony when everything is bursting with excitement and love for the couple!  This one had a lot of love!

Grandma was allllll about the Ply Boyz!  This was my favourite!
