Bridget and I met back in high school. We were always friends, but it wasn’t until university, when we went away to different schools that we became close friends. After a trip out west (where Bridget ended up moving), we just became closer. During that trip, our girl met the love of her life Justin. I could not have hand picked a better man for Bridget. He truly adores her, and it makes my heart happy.
I was even more happy when Bridget asked me to be her Maid of Honour when Justin popped the question. There was no question that I would jump on the opportunity to stand beside Bridget on her wedding day. I have never been a MOH before, but I certainly meet a lot of them! I wanted to host a wedding shower for Bridget. BUT, I have never even been to one before… so I wasn’t quite sure where to start. After an awesome dinner night with my girls Alison and Lauren, a million ideas started flowing. With a solid craft night, and the helps of some amazing friends…. somehow we pulled it off! Goal: Look like a Pinterest board. Bridget’s comment in walking in: “Oh my god, I feel like I walked into Etsy!” – That will do 🙂
I love ya girl! I hope you enjoyed the shower as much as I enjoyed planning it… can’t wait for the big day!!
