Two personal posts in a row!!!  I must be feeling extra sentimental this week…. but how could I not?!  Today is Brent and my 3rd Anniversary!!!

I can hardly believe it has been 3 years since this man walked into my life!  I mean, this date is one we chose, because we couldn’t exactly pin the exact date we were “dating”.  We basically remembered our two favourite dates in those early days where we knew that we wanted to be with each other, and then chose a date right in the middle of those… that day is today 🙂

I am so grateful for Brent in countless ways.  He is my calm, my motivation, my strength and my best friend. He is such a positive person… through the good and the bad, he is always SO positive, I love him so much for that. It is hard to remember life before him, because each day feels so much more complete with him.  So much has happened in the last 3 years.  His unwavering support and encouragement for everything I do is more than I could have ever hoped for, and I am so happy that I get to call him mine.  I am so beyond proud of him for the big decisions he has made, and all of his hard work.  I can’t wait to see what amazing adventures the future has in store for us.

A while back, we spent a week on the west coast, and while in Vancouver, we decided that it would be fun to get in front of the camera.  Yes WE.  Brent was totally down for it, much to my surprise.  I guess he just expected it, dating a photographer and all!  I am notttt complaining.  I was so happy he was on board and excited about it as well! I have to say, it was pretty cool when I saw the big Fed Ex truck outside my door, and realized that they were bringing ME a package!  It was our photos!!  I was so pumped!  Brent got home from school early this day, and we eagerly ripped them open and started looking through them.  It was so fun and nice to see how it feels on the other end.  Thank you SO much Christie Graham Photography, for capturing this time in our lives.  You are SO wonderful and we are forever grateful!! I can’t think of a better day to share these 🙂
