Ryan reached out to me while Brent and I were traveling in Melbourne. He and Tristan were planning a wedding and they wanted to chat about photography! Off I go to one of thousands of coffee shops in Melbourne and start the Skype call. I moved around the shop, trying to maintain a signal, which was proving to be a challenge. One thing we learned while in Australia, was that they are worlds behind in their wifi technology!! We had lots of pauses and delays, and still managed to get SO excited talking about their day. I am so happy that amidst the broken communication on separate days on opposite sides of the world, Ryan and Tristan trusted me to capture their wedding day.
It was such a relaxed day at Archeo, surrounded by their closest friends and family, on one of the most relaxed weddings I have ever been a part of. They weren’t so much interested in the common traditions surrounding weddings, but rather spending as much time as possible with the people they love in a beautiful environment… and it was the best.
Thank you SO much guys, for allowing me to capture these moments for you…. and for trusting me after our hilarious first Skype call worlds apart. You guys were so much fun to work with!!
